Our Bar-B-Q

is rubbed with our house rub and then slow cooked over Hickory wood.  This method of cooking gives a distinctive flavour to our pork, beef, chicken, and ribs.

Hungry Hollow starts fresh daily using only the finest ingredients and fresh meats smoked with Hickory Wood. We continually strive to provide our customers with that southern hospitality and serving the best BBQ you can eat. Enjoy!

Real Bar-B-Q

when cooked the meat will lose at least 30% of its original weight. This can be done in many ways, but the only way we do it is with our slow cook method, we don’t even put sauce on our meats until after it’s cooked.

Most places are afraid to let their Bar-B-Q be tasted unless it’s swimming in sauce. (At the restaurant, you put the sauce on your meat and sample our many BBQ Sauces made available at our BBQ Sauce Counter)
